This authorization constitutes your written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and any applicable state law governing electronic and mobile communications.

 

4.1 Scope of Authorization. The express authorization granted by submitting your mobile telephone number permits Amaudais Group to contact you via SMS text message for the purposes described herein. Such messages may be sent using automated or manual means. By providing your mobile number, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the number provided and that you are legally authorized to provide such consent.

4.2 Types of SMS Communications. SMS messages sent by Amaudais Group may include, without limitation: marketing and promotional offers related to digital marketing services; updates regarding services you have inquired about or enrolled in; appointment confirmations and reminders; transactional notifications; and general business-related communications.

4.3 Opt-Out Instructions. You may withdraw your consent to receive SMS communications from Amaudais Group at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. Upon receipt of a valid STOP request, we will cease sending SMS messages to your mobile number, subject to any legally required confirmation message. To re-enroll, you may follow any re-subscription instructions provided at that time.

4.4 Message and Data Rates. Standard message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received in connection with communications from Amaudais Group. These rates are determined by your mobile carrier and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Amaudais Group is not responsible for any charges incurred by users in connection with SMS communications.

4.5 Message Frequency. Message frequency may vary depending on the nature of your engagement with Amaudais Group, the services you have inquired about, and the communications programs in which you are enrolled. Amaudais Group does not guarantee a fixed number of messages per month.

4.6 Consent Not Required for Purchase. Consent to receive SMS text messages from Amaudais Group is not a condition of purchasing any service or product. You may engage with our services without providing your mobile number for SMS purposes, though doing so may limit certain communication options.

10.4 Response Timeframe. We reserve the right to deny requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or that cannot be verified.
